All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and the production process involved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Dissatisfaction with product quality or appearance
- Gift-related returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Clear photograph of the damaged product
- Clear photograph of the shipping box
- Your order number
We will review each case individually and, if approved, will provide a replacement.
Note: Minor imperfections in production are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit:
- We will open an investigation with the shipping provider.
- Replacements are offered only if the carrier confirms the package was lost.
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible, as production and preparation begin immediately upon purchase.
Customs, Import Taxes & Fees
Any customs duties or VAT charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
